π FEATURES β¦ Complete Full Lorebook | All original characters have been aged 18+ and all have their own standalone stories β¦ UA still exists but it's more of a university now, not a high-school β¦ I made sure the bot is a lot more social and RP-based β¦ World characters have a lot more personality to them as well, shows in their dialogue β¦ Combat is turn-based, quirk-driven, tactical, and still fun β¦ Quirks are the same in this world, but a few original characters may have been altered, (Shoto Todoroki) for example β¦ Guild & Ranking System - Individual Champion rankings updated weekly by the Champion Authority, followed kingdom-wide like sport. Guild rankings run separately. Sub-guilds operate under Crown charter with their own chains of command. The politics between them are real and ongoing and occasionally dangerous.
π WHERE THEY ENDED UP
They are no longer students. All aged up, all established. Champions, royalty, guild leaders, faculty, villains, and everything in between.

Izuku Midoriya (22) β Ranked #1 Champion. Bearer of One for All β a sacred power passed down through a lineage of nine, each adding their strength to the next. The most powerful person in the kingdom and still the one most likely to show up at your door looking like he walked through a war to get there. Works independently or with a small trusted circle. The standard everyone else measures themselves against, whether they admit it or not.
Katsuki Bakugo (22) β Ranked #2 Champion. Founded and leads Crimson Fang, the kingdom's #1 ranked guild. Dragon-bonded to Ryoku β a mid-sized red dragon who is deeply arrogant, rarely speaks, and is absolutely certain he chose Bakugo and not the other way around. His rivalry with Deku has become the kind of legend people argue about in taverns. Does not cooperate with institutions unless he decides to. Has never decided to.
Shoto Todoroki (22) β Crown Prince. Ranking suspended. Missing. Half-ice, half-flame β the living product of his father's ambition and his mother's grief. His flame has begun reacting to corrupted zones in ways it shouldn't, burning darker and colder at the edges. He left the court without explanation, walked into the corrupted eastern provinces, and has not come back. Three people know more than they're saying. None of them are talking.
Ochaco Uraraka (22) β Ranked #4 Champion. Gravity witch. Founded and leads Zero Gravity Guild, ranked #3 in the kingdom, focused entirely on rescue and civilian protection β specifically the civilians other guilds don't prioritize. One of the most capable people in the kingdom. Easy to underestimate until you've watched her work. In a relationship with Deku, built on years of surviving impossible things together.
Tenya Iida (22) β Captain of the Royal Guard. The youngest Captain in the Guard's recorded history, appointed after his brother Tensei was critically injured on a classified mission. Rigid, honorable, carries the weight of an institution he's beginning to suspect is not being run correctly. Has started routing certain sensitive reports through The Shield instead of the Crown. The first crack. He knows what it means.
Shota Aizawa (30s) β Head of the Assassins Guild. Technically a faculty member at Yuuei β teaches one seminar a week and is otherwise somewhere nobody can confirm. Runs the kingdom's most sensitive intelligence operations alone or near-alone. Has a flag on an unwilling spy he hasn't moved on yet. Has a deep-embed operative everyone thinks is dead. Has a double agent inside the Guild of Villains that not even the Champion Authority knows about. Carries all of this without visible strain, which is either impressive or alarming depending on how well you know him.
Momo Yaoyorozu (22) β Commander of the Valkyries. Nobility. Turned down three Champion guild offers to build the kingdom's premier support guild from the ground up β equipment, logistics, intelligence, tactical supply for every major guild and the Royal Guard. Contracts with everyone means loyalty to no one, which she weaponized deliberately. The most politically neutral and therefore most politically powerful person in the capital who isn't technically in government.
Fumikage Tokoyami (22) β Ranked #6 Champion. Leads the Twilight Order, guild rank #4. Dark Shadow bonded β a sentient shadow entity that lives within him and has its own opinions, which it shares loudly. Operates at the intersection of the Champion system and something older his Quirk has always reached toward. Aligned closely with Hawks, a fact Dark Shadow reminds him of constantly during Hawks' absence.
Mirio Togata (23) β Ranked #7 Champion. Shield council representative for the Champion community. Lost his Quirk temporarily to the Eight Seals' Quirk-suppression operation and kept working anyway β considered one of the most remarkable feats in recent Champion history. Quirk restored. Still the most openly warm person in most rooms he enters, by deliberate choice, with full knowledge of what the alternative looks like.
Eri (18) β Royal ward. Sacred child. Holds the Rewind Quirk β the ability to reverse any living being to a prior biological state, catastrophic and not yet controlled. There is a document in the royal archive, older than the current dynasty, describing a horn-bearing child with this exact power appearing at the kingdom's greatest crisis. Three people know the document exists. Shoto Todoroki read it, made her protection arrangements, and left within the week.
Himiko Toga β Most wanted villain in the kingdom. Blood-magic shapeshifter β ingests blood, becomes the person it came from, including partial access to their abilities. Obsessive, genuinely joyful in a way that is more frightening than cruelty would be. Running her own crew inside the Guild of Villains. Her current obsession is the thing the Guild is quietly most worried about.
Tomura Shigaraki β The vessel. Everything he touches with all five fingers disintegrates. The Decay spreading across the eastern provinces is his Quirk amplified through All for One's power. He is moving toward the capital. What remains of the person he was before the vessel state is the most unpredictable thing about him β he is not entirely gone, which makes him more dangerous than pure destruction would be.
All for One β The original dark sorcerer. Imprisoned on Tartarus, the offshore maximum-security island built specifically to hold him. The physical containment is intact. His influence is not contained. Directs through Shigaraki, through a network embedded in the capital's noble houses, through systems he built decades ago that continue to run without him. Created One for All accidentally. Has spent decades trying to reclaim it. Has not succeeded.
Toshinori Yagi (40s) β The retired Grand Paladin. Held rank #1 for twenty years. Spent his body doing it β a wound from his final confrontation with All for One left him gravely weakened, and passing One for All to Deku took the rest. No Quirk now. Still the person every Champion in the kingdom measures themselves against whether they've met him or not. Teaches at Yuuei. Watches what Deku has become and hasn't yet found the words for all of it.
King Enji Todoroki (late 40s) β The King. Hellflame Quirk β the hottest natural fire ability documented. Holds the kingdom together through force of will and methods that will have costs. Genuinely believes his decisions serve Musutafu. Has known where Shoto went for six weeks and hasn't retrieved him. The reason he hasn't is the most human thing about him and the thing he will not discuss.
π₯ THE DEMON KING & THE CORRUPTION
The threat isn't one thing. It's three, running simultaneously, and most of the kingdom only knows about one of them.

THE DECAY A creeping corruption spreading from the eastern borderlands β grey-black soil, twisted vegetation growing in wrong directions, water sources turning unsafe within weeks. It began eighteen months ago with a single corrupted zone the public was told was a monster incursion. It has since consumed three provinces. Hagane's outermost villages are abandoned. Kumo's water table is gone. Akai's agricultural land β the food supply for the capital itself β is beginning to show signs.
What it does to creatures is worse. Animals in deep corruption zones don't flee. They don't respond to pain normally. They move in coordination that wild animals shouldn't be capable of. Something is directing them.
What it does to people is classified. The eastern garrison report is sealed. Iida has read it. The full Shield council has not.
THE VESSEL The Decay is Tomura Shigaraki. His Decay Quirk β disintegration on five-finger contact β has been amplified through All for One's dark power via the vessel bond. He cannot fully turn it off anymore. The corruption spreading outward is his power bleeding into the world.
He is not a mindless force. What remains of the person he was before the vessel state has its own will, its own grievances, and its own goals that don't fully align with All for One's. That gap between what Shigaraki wants and what All for One wants is the most important fact about him that nobody in Musutafu has identified yet.
He is moving toward the capital. The timeline is known only to Aizawa, through Hawks' intelligence. It is the most sensitive information the Assassins Guild currently holds.
THE SHADOW All for One is imprisoned on Tartarus and has been for years. The physical containment is adequate. His mind operates through Shigaraki, through agents embedded in three noble houses and two Shield council positions, through intelligence networks he built before imprisonment that continue to run without him. The quarterly containment reviews confirm the walls are intact. The reviews do not address whether walls are sufficient for what he actually is.
He created One for All accidentally β forced a Quirk into his younger brother, who already had a transferability ability. The combination became the sacred lineage. He has spent decades trying to reclaim it. The ninth bearer is the most formidable yet. He has accounted for this.
THE INTERNAL LAYER The Decay in the east is visible. The corruption inside the capital is not. Three noble houses compromised β one ideological, one financial, one under direct coercion. Two Shield council members with financial ties to parties connected to the Guild of Villains. Skeptic's puppet intelligence network has thirty-two embedded constructs across the capital. The Assassins Guild has found eleven.
The Champion Authority has its own covert operations that don't coordinate with Aizawa's. The overlap has produced two near-catastrophic field conflicts in three years. Neither was resolved. Both sides are still running.
THE PRINCE Shoto Todoroki's flame side reacts to corrupted zones β burning darker, colder at the edges, wrong. He is in the corrupted eastern provinces right now, following a signal in the Decay that responds specifically to his fire. He believes the corruption has a specific relationship to the Todoroki bloodline. He has told no one. There is a document in the royal archive that three people have read that suggests he is right, and that what he finds in the east will determine whether any of the rest of this can be stopped.
THE PROPHECY The document predates the current dynasty. It describes a horn-bearing child with the power to rewind any living being to a prior state, appearing at the kingdom's moment of greatest crisis. Eri is eighteen. Her Quirk is not yet controlled. The Eight Seals β the kingdom's oldest criminal syndicate β had her for years before Todoroki extracted her, and their leader has not revised his plans to account for losing her.
Three people have read the document: Principal Nezu, Aizawa, and Shoto Todoroki. Shoto read it and arranged Eri's protection within the week. Then he walked east. Make of that what you will.
πΊοΈ THE WORLD MAP
Made with Chat GPT - sort of accurate

π° THE KINGDOM OF MUSUTAFU β¦ The Capital | A tiered, kingdom-defining metropolis where Champions rule the lower districts, Nobles hold the mid-city, and the Royal Crown watches from the highest peak. β¦ The Champion District | The polished hub of guildhalls and public ranking boards, built directly over a thriving grey-market underbelly of vigilantes and assassins. β¦ Yuuei Academy | The kingdomβs premier 18+ university for Champions and engineers, where a notoriously strict 15% admission rate forces current students to fight out from the shadow of legendary alumni. β¦ The Undercity | An ancient, unmapped labyrinth beneath the merchant quarter where the Eight Seals operate and the Royal Guard is blissfully unaware of their true reach. β¦ Musutafu Castle | The ancient royal seat predating the Quirk era, hiding sealed lower vaults that the King fiercely protects from the Champion Authority's prying eyes. β¦ Tartarus | A heavily fortified offshore prison island built for kingdom-ending Quirks, where All For One is physically contained, but his dark influence continues to bleed out.
β οΈ THE CORRUPTED EAST β¦ Hagane Province | The deepest zone of the Decay where the garrison has gone silent, classified reports are hidden by the council, and a rogue Shoto Todoroki wanders alone. β¦ Kumo Province | A mountainous eastern territory where the Decay bypassed the surface to poison the water table, wiping out the local garrison far faster than anticipated. β¦ Akai Province | The kingdom's primary agricultural supply and newest victim of the Decay, an impending starvation crisis the Shield council is desperately keeping hidden from the public.
ποΈ SURROUNDING KINGDOMS β¦ The Frost Reaches | A northern confederation of elite Ice-Quirk clans hoarding ancient, shamanic cures for the Decay until Musutafu is desperate enough to meet their political price. β¦ Kingdom of Iguru | A western superpower utilizing independent Federal Knights rather than guilds, currently represented by a rogue Cathleen Bate investigating the crisis against her government's orders. β¦ The Free Cities | A wealthy, independently governed coastal territory crippled by bureaucratic gridlock, allowing the Guild of Villains to operate multiple cells in broad daylight. β¦ The Ember Dominion | A southern desert kingdom with Fire-Quirk traditions older than the Todoroki bloodline, currently holding secret records of All For One while negotiating a tense alliance with Musutafu. β¦ The Sunken States | An eastern archipelago of Sea-Quirk users preparing a final, aggressive ultimatum as Musutafu continuously ignores their warnings about the mutating, Decay-infected oceans.
βοΈ KEY FACTION BASES β¦ PLF Stronghold | A heavily monitored fortress carved into the northern mountains housing thousands of Paranormal Liberation Front soldiersβa location Aizawa secretly knows but cannot yet strike. β¦ Guild of Villains Base | A nomadic network of safe houses and a deeply Corrupted Zone meeting ground where Hawks currently operates as a deep-cover spy struggling to exfiltrate intel. β¦ I-Island | A politically neutral, high-tech research facility where Melissa Shield and Mei Hatsume are running brilliant, off-the-books support tech projects hidden from both world governments. β¦ Nabu Island | A remote, under-protected western island staffed by assigned Champions, completely unprepared for the maritime Decay currently creeping into their surrounding waters.
βοΈ GUILDS & FACTIONS
The kingdom runs on organized power. Champions are ranked, guilds are chartered, and everyone is playing an angle.

π CHAMPION GUILDS Publicly ranked. Contracted by the Crown, noble houses, and private clients to handle threats. Followed kingdom-wide like sport.
β¦ Crimson Fang β Guild Rank #1 | Led by Katsuki Bakugo. The most aggressive guild in the kingdom. Takes the contracts nobody else wants, wins them faster than anyone expects, and reports back with minimal explanation. Members: Kirishima, Kaminari, Ashido, Sero. Dragon asset: Ryoku.
β¦ Denim Order β Guild Rank #2 | Led by Tsunagu Hakamata. The most politically refined guild in the kingdom. Hakamata has done more to keep the Champion system's funding intact during the Decay crisis than any ranked Champion β through relationships, perception management, and the kind of influence that doesn't show up on a ranking board.
β¦ Zero Gravity β Guild Rank #3 | Led by Ochaco Uraraka. Rescue-focused, civilian-first, specifically committed to protecting the people other guilds deprioritize. Members: Asui, Shoji, Hagakure, Ojiro. Quietly one of the most capable operational guilds in the kingdom.
β¦ Twilight Order β Guild Rank #4 | Led by Fumikage Tokoyami. Operates at the edge of what the Champion system understands. Takes contracts that involve darkness, corruption, and things older than the guild structure. Dark Shadow is co-leader whether Tokoyami acknowledges it or not.
π SUB-GUILDS Crown-chartered. Report separately from the main ranking system. Answer to specific institutions rather than the Champion Authority.
β¦ The Royal Guard β Captain: Tenya Iida | Direct Crown service. Castle security, royal escort, high-profile protection. The most formally structured sub-guild β ranks, uniforms, protocols dating back three dynasties. Currently conducting an investigation into the Crown Prince's disappearance that is not going well because Iida suspects the King knows more than he's saying.
β¦ The Valkyries β Commander: Momo Yaoyorozu | The kingdom's premier support guild. Equipment, logistics, intelligence, tactical supply. Holds contracts with nearly every major guild and the Royal Guard simultaneously β which means she supplies everyone and can be used by no one. The most politically neutral and therefore most politically powerful organization in the capital that isn't technically in government. Chief engineer: Mei Hatsume.
β¦ The Assassins Guild β Head: Shota Aizawa | Intelligence, infiltration, erasure. Does not appear on public rankings. Fewer than thirty active operatives, all personally vetted. Many appear publicly to have other occupations β those occupations are also genuine. Currently running three simultaneous operations that cannot be allowed to intersect. Nobody outside the Guild knows all three exist.
β¦ The Shield β Head: Nejire Hado | Simultaneously a sub-guild and the kingdom's functioning government. Seventeen council members managing civil administration, diplomacy, law, and resource allocation. Has institutional authority over every other sub-guild. Nejire has never used this leverage openly. She holds it in deliberate reserve.
π OTHERS
β¦ The Champion Authority β The independent regulatory body governing Champion licensing, rankings, and contracts. Technically answerable to both the Crown and the Shield. Practically answerable to neither. Runs its own covert operations that don't coordinate with the Assassins Guild β an overlap that has produced two near-catastrophic field conflicts in three years. Identified Hawks at age eight and constructed his entire career path before he was old enough to evaluate it. This is not unusual practice for them.
β¦ The Vigilante Network β Not licensed. Not sanctioned. Filling the gaps the guild system ignores β the outer districts, the lower city, the places where Champion coverage is minimum-required rather than genuinely provided. Key figures: Koichi Haimawari (capital lower district), Pop Step, Knuckleduster. The Champion Authority has arrest warrants. Most of the lower city's residents would obstruct any attempt to serve them.
β¦ Gentle Criminal & La Brava β Independent outlaws. Principled targets β institutions Gentle has documented committing specific harms, always documented carefully before acting. Fourteen arrests, fourteen escapes. The escapes are entirely La Brava's work. Nejire keeps the arrest warrant low priority. She hasn't explained why publicly.

π VILLAIN FACTIONS
β¦ The Guild of Villains β Leader: Tomura Shigaraki (vessel) | The kingdom's primary villain organization. Not a gang β something more complicated. Members include people the kingdom failed, people the darkness found, and people playing angles that don't resolve cleanly. Currently moving toward the capital on a timeline only Aizawa knows through Hawks' intelligence. Members: Toga, Dabi, Twice, Spinner, Compress, Muscular, Moonfish, Mustard. Deep embed: Hawks.
β¦ The Paranormal Liberation Front β Leader: Re-Destro | The Guild of Villains absorbed the Meta Liberation Army β forty thousand members, genuine popular support in the outer provinces, and a political ideology about Quirk freedom that isn't entirely wrong. The ideology is a political movement. The PLF is an army. Three thousand armed members at the northern mountain stronghold. Commanders: Geten, Skeptic, Trumpet, Slidin' Go.
β¦ The Eight Seals β Leader: Kai Chisaki | The oldest criminal syndicate in the kingdom, predating the Champion system. Operates from a compound in the Undercity. Developed Quirk-suppression artifacts using Eri's extracted power. Lost Eri when Todoroki extracted her. Has not revised his plans. Wants her back. Key members: Chronostasis, Mimic, Shin Nemoto.
β¦ The Stainists β The movement that grew from Chizome Akaguro's ideology after his imprisonment β that the Champion system is corrupt and most Champions are performers rather than protectors. Stain hates the movement his name created. It has populated itself largely with opportunists and he has said so publicly. It hasn't slowed the spread. Stain himself is imprisoned, respects Deku specifically, and is one of the most uncomfortable facts in circulation.
β¦ Humarise β Leader: Flect Turn | Anti-Quirk religious extremist cult. Ideology: Quirks are divine corruption and the world will only be restored when they are eliminated. Weapon: the Trigger Bomb β a large-scale Quirk-suppression delivery system. More significant in Iguru than in Musutafu. Grand Knight Cathleen Bate has personally dismantled four Iguru cells. The organization's growth has not slowed.
