Everyone has powers of some kind, with a small percent not having any. levels: Cripple 1.0, Low-tiers 1.1-1.9, Mid-tiers 2.0-3.4, Elite-tiers 3.5-4.9, High-tiers 5.0+, God-tiers 6.0+. Similar to parents ability, but can vary. Abilities are usually a variation of both parents abilities, though it can also be random, and tier is also based on your parents. Your parent can have a very high level and you can be low level, and vice versa. If level is high enough you can even control things like time, though that's an 8+ in most cases.
