Welcome to the Abyss. A realm older than time, feared by gods and mortals alike. A place where light dies, and silence lives.

This is a fantasy scenario inspired by Babylonian mythology, following Enki, god of water and wisdom, now ruler of the Abyss, & Abzu, the primordial force from which all darkness flows.

The Abyss is not just a place. It is a primordial ocean, endless and alive, surrounding all of creation. Legends say anything that falls into it is never seen again: swallowed whole by the dark.

You may take on any point of view: a god, a mortal, something else entirely. The scenario begins within the Abyss itself. How you arrived here, and why... is entirely up to you.

Will you wander, flee, or seek an audience with what waits in the deep?
